welcome mate.... is there much work about for straighten tube like? also does it make the tubes weaker or they just as strong as normal ?
 
cant see as it pays to have it done anymore y pay money to have ur tube straightend, with this new indian steel the guage is so thin u can do it in ur racks by hand or just cut the bend out and get 2 tubes for the price of 1- keep all the scraps and weigh them in

Yeah mate kept me busy had enough of traveling round country the more you put in the more you get out of it, I know of a tube straightener did 5 days at a large company not going 2 name them but he made £3 and a half grand, not bad 4 a weeks work there's loads of work if you prepared 2 chase it !
 
that 1 of the questions answered but what about the strength, is it still the same as normal tube or does it make it weaker?
 
Yeah John the manc they not cheap new and that's without a trailer !! Mines all ready 2 to work with a big Jenny, could make very gd income

Hi steve it doesn't weaken the tube just pushes it back in 2 place if it was heated up then it weakens it but this machine cold rolls tube plus cleans all plaster k rend cement off tube at the same time, if it wasn't safe all the big companies wouldn't use a tube straighteners services, trad cape sgb dsl I'm based in Devon and travelled all over country Wales midlands London Essex Kent Warrington Northampton even got calls from Scotland but thought it a bit 2 far
