Standard & Ledger Tolerances

Can anyone tell me what the allowable tolerance is on a standard and ledger to be out of level.
I cant find it in TG20 anywhere.

i was tought that you were allowed two inches for every twenty ft.then you can pull it back in to check .
 
As per BS 5973:1993 Table 4 — Erection tolerances
Feature Erection tolerances
Standards Vertical to within ± 20 mm in 2 m
(Subject to max. deviation of 50 mm)

i was wondering if anyone could tell me - what the safe working loads are on the legs if you have a independent 10 lifts high based on 2m lift heights and what the safe working loads are on the ledgers - in the tg20 when talks about axle loads is this for the ledgers?

No, the axle loads are for the truck taking the materials:bigsmile:
