Does anyone know the amount of stairs before a landing is required ?

All I found was - OSHA.gov which states 12 foot max before rest landing.

Maximum of 15 treads, 16 risers per flight. 2 flights maximum in straight line before you need to change direction.
You should look for something called the "K" document give the stair details in full.

ill look it up in the office tommorow
