instead of a putlog adapter there was a few sleves with plates welded on to the top of them .you can still use them as a sleve mental if you ask me lol

Ya. A Sleeve thats got a cleet welded onto them to make them into a Putlog and a Sleeve sound very homemade.
Ive never seen or heard of them either tbh.

i have no doubt in that marra thinking back the spot was mental, rmber picking up a tube and asked why it had a 5 ft welded to it .......when they first started out the had 5fts welded to there 20's. :nuts:. aye some of the things they had knocked up lol

They are for putting on the top of a standard when topping out .. It stops any water getting down into the tube in rainy weather, much like a hat .......... ;-)
