Only thing is the more you earn the more your employer has to pay in National Insurance so they wont wont you earning big money

Hi Andra, You can still claim at the end of the tax year, or rather, anytime after April 6th (for 2010/2011), even if PAYE. If you have expenses, they can be offset.
