is it true you can only get nuclear clearance whilst on a job?i have tried to research this and cant find anywhere where you can do it yourself

Disclosure takes 12/14 days by post unless you go on line and your edf site clearance is taking 3/4 wks...probably see you in a fortnight chris..!!!
