Six scaffold firms vie for £300m Magnox framework

inShare.0 Magnox has shortlisted six firms for its £300m scaffolding and insulation framework for its decommissioning programme.

The winning firms will bid for individual site projects across the estate of 10 Magnox sites to provide a host of access systems from scaffolding to powered access systems.

Deborah Services
Hertel (UK)
Keltbray
Kitson Environmental

The jobs may also include removal of thermal insulation including asbestos containing materials and other minor industrial services and civil works.

The winning line-up will be unveiled in May.
 
Think arsco are ready to call it a day in the scaffolding world, seem to be closing more and more depots down every month

there all over the country mate dungerness A and bradwell are both being decomisioned at the moment but who gets the tender is anybodys shout think hertels are in bradwell and dungerness at this present moment
 
Dico what's the crack on dungerness mate I had phone call last week asking how much I wanted salary for scaffold manager / planner is someone leaving ?
 
not in b station mate but what ive heard outage is pretty poor as edf has cancelled 10,000000 of work and there quite over manned think some lads were transferred monday to another job as for the office mate cant help you mate
 
what interserve not going for it then lol!! bet a certain person years ago glad he sold out to them
