A new site safety advisor temporary job has arisen to focus mainly on scaffolding safety. The role is to work on a busy site to ensure all compliance and regulations are being adhered to with regards to Health and Safety. You will be an expert in scaffolding safety and have training or a qualification in this field as well as extensive experience. You will be managing risk assessments, handling accident investigations as well as delivering Health & Safety training including inductions for new staff, specialist and general training to ensure staff are informed and equipped with the correct health & safety skills to undertake their roles. You will also be required to monitor the contractors' health & safety practices and ensure they are fully compliant with site standards. It will also be your responsibility to keep upto date with developments in legislation and best practice, that affect health & safety for the site.
This is a temporary role for 2-3 months with an immediate start. NEBOSH Construction Certificate is essential.
