Coming from a house building background, ideally from another Social House Builder you will have valid CSCS; SMST and First Aid Certificates. Also, holding either Scaffold Inspection or Appointed Persons (Crane) would help you stand out from the crowd. Your responsibilities will include Management of Health & Safety including RAMS & site inductions; management of sub-contractors and ensuring the quality of their work; procurement of materials and client, site and internal meetings.
Having good communication skills, being pro-active (finding problems before they find you), Committed to the cause and having a real drive for quality and success will ensure you will go far with this builder.
In return, you will be rewarded with a salary between £45,000 and £52,000 depending on experience, plus attractive benefits which include Company Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Health care and a realistic bonus.
