Yeah, speak to the lads who are directly employed and they'll say the same thing about agency lads!

Any company has no choice but to 'lay off' sub-contract labour before their own lads - It's pretty much mandatory and it doesn't cost the company anything. I'm sure you'd be pretty pissed off if you were on the cards for a company and they laid you off and kept any agency lads they had, on!

If you were that good, they'd take you on the books.
