Evening fellas.

Just a quick one.
If i spend all day leaning against a Handrail and get a bruise on my elbow due to excessive leaning, can i get a claim up?? :huh:

It really hurts...
 
Were you clipped on when you injured yourself on the guardrail Mr Gibbs?

was there sufficient padding on the handrail to stop any bruising

YOU MAY HAVE TO CLAIM YOUR OWN INSURANCE
i was going to ask if you had any photographic evidence BUT THE VIDEO WILL PROBABLY BE GETTING UPLOADED AS I TYPE

Surely if you wasn't equipped by the company with the correct Ppe (ie elbow protectors) there must be a solid claim there!lol
 
i had some mob in india phone me today asking if i tripped up in a supermarket
i hung up the phone as i thought they were going to sue me:eek:
 
Does that mean we can sue everytime for hardhats clash as well, we didnt put that beam there, or when a double catches jeans/shirt and rips... That could be my arm or leg or am i just accident prone
