Should I be flattered or aggrieved?

One of my colleagues alerted me to a job that he erected was being passed off by another firm as their own:

This is in fact our job at Christ Church in Jarrow not Canterbury as the link suggests.

At best it's a lie but should I make a big deal out of it?

I would be both flattered and pissed off mate. Flattered that someone likes your work so much that they try and pass it off as their own but pissed off because they didn't ask you and are deceiving others.
I would send them an invoice for the cost of using your work.

we've had this from a guy who set up when he left here we said something and so did a lot of others on our behalf have a word its your work
but I don't think you have the copyright symbol on your website and folk can pick the photos up by just typing scaffold on to Google you wont stop it happening i'm afraid

Get all your pics trademarked like the papparrazi do....whenever they use your image they have to pay a fee for it.....a grand a double i think is a fair amount :nuts:

Chances are that the bloke that owns the company is a member on here or someone will know him.
Hopefully he'll be shamed into taking it off his website
