Just uploaded a selection of pages from the manual for all that are interested.
When I have time I will scan the lot and upload into a single pdf so you will have a copy of the whole book, :idea: Maybe there could be a downloads section on the forum where you could get downloadable stuff such as this and Ronalds book too. Link for download HERE ---> SGB.pdf
