This job posting landed in my inbox a few days ago for a scaffolding surveyor in London. The scaffold contractor is known to me and is strong and solid. They tend to expect their employees to work hard for them so apply if you have strong commercial skills.
Nb. The salary quoted seperatly was £35-40K which I feel knowing this companies work ethic is a bit light.
Surveyor Contract Scaffolding
Location: London (Could be based in either an East or West London office)
Salary: Competitive Salary, + bonus, healthcare, life assurance, pension 10%, laptop/mobile, car or allowance.
Surveyor CONTRACT SCAFFOLDING:
My client is a successful player in the contract scaffolding sector and is part of a larger international group offering associated products and services to access and scaffolding industry in general. It also prides itself on its professionalism and has a reputation for outstanding service. They undertake projects of any scale and have the workforce and stock to carry out large and complex projects simultaneously. Due to the planned growth of the business a decision has been made to recruit a Surveyor to support the expansion of their Airport division.
The Surveyor has the remit of being an important cog in the business by providing an essential link between the sales and operational side of the business.
Candidate Contract Scaffolding:
You will need at least 5 years relevant surveying experience from a related contract scaffolding background. It is of paramount importance that you have experience within the South-East market that you can utilise in this role.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of the contract scaffolding market and ideally have experience in working in Airports sectors.
You will be based either from a West or East London office and you will need to be able to cover projects across the South-East as and when required.
