Anyone heard or had dealings with these...sounds interesting is this what u guys av been calling umberella companies.
Are there any small-medium size companies useing this type of thing.

southern these outfits are basically accountants that the agencies use as a payroll service,so even if you are a cis self employed worker then with agencys you have to go to these and pay about £20 a week for the wages youve already earned.They also run the umbrella company which i am very wary of as it pays you by fecking the tax man a loop hole that will probably get closed and all monies owed hunted nt the MAN;)
 
Reading there home page it appears that SE guys are contracted to them instead of you
