Does a scaffold have to have a scafftag or any form of tag on a scaffold as long as a hand over certificate has been issued??

nope.. tag is not required, just a log of the inspections that can be accessed by ANYONE.

All I say to that is what if Joe public pulls the insert out which we had a few times, then that scaffold is out of action till you ho bk inspect it and put a new insert in!
