My Client, an Operator in Northern Europe, are looking for a TA Scaffolding Supervisor.
Expectations
Provide Scaffolding activities on site. Coordinate with EPC Contractor Construction supervision teams to
maintain the necessary information availability via the following activities:
Prepare scaffolding, insulation and painting works for execution during T&I: define scaffolding locations and size, in
coörperation with future users, discusse with production if these scaffolds can be erected before or during T&I,
optimize use of scaffolds by all crafts (piping, E/I, Inspection etc… Define limits of insulation removal for works
(blinding, cleaning, welding,...)
Develop estimates for scaffolding erection and dismantling. Check and Review unit rate invoices for EPCa or EPaCa scaffolding, insulation and painting works,
Propose cost-efficient strategies to erect scaffolding at minumum cost.
Interpret simple drawings.
Specific Skills
Fluent in English mandatory, Dutch language mandatory. Good knowledge of French welcome.
Excellent organization and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Team playing skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in working with workpreparation too Roser is an seious advantage
