what exactly do u need to b qualified for this job?

You have to be able to oversee all scaffolding operations on a project. This will involve planning, costing, management of scaffolding sub-contractors, keeping scaffolding costs under budget, auditing of all scaffold related activities, health and safety matters related to scaffolding and other areas. You will also need a part one.
