the hangers ok
the bracing and toeboard were removed to allow new steel work(bracing)for a cantilevered deck.

ive seen worse on a couple of pipelayers and a certain liftiing barge

Looks like one of my Monday morning jobs after having a weekend scooping the beer barrel out bet you elf & shifty barrrsteds don't even bother with them
