With multiple sites based across the country, our client is an highly reputable Scaffolding contractor. They are looking for a Commercial Manager to work from their North Surrey based head office.
With an excellent reputation as one of the industries leading specialists they have a proud portfolio of projects stretching back over 20 years, ranging from listed buildings, new builds, refurbishments and demolitions across almost every sector.
About the Commercial Manager – Scaffolding Contractor Opportunity:
The successful Commercial Manager will be reporting to the board, and taking a commercial lead on significant strategic bids and contractual matters.
Whilst the role will be a challenging one, there will be excellent realistic opportunities for an innovative and driven individual to progress within the organisation.
Requirements for the Commercial Manager – Scaffolding Contractor:
The successful Commercial Manager will have
Experience working as a Commercial Manager or significant Quantity Surveying & Estimating experience.
Experience of working with Scaffolding is desirable
MRICS or an equivalent qualification
Proven Project Management ability
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience of Sage construct and
Excellent Excel ability
Proven track record of successful negotiation.
