SCAFFOLDING APPRENTICESHIPS

Do you have any Brothers, Sisters, Sons, Daughters, Nephews, Nieces or Grandchildren that may have a head for heights?

The current construction skills shortage in the UK is likely to worsen over the coming years and the scaffolding trade is no different.

Been after one for ages but nothing in the same county or within travelling distance
 
costain are offering 3 in london at london bridge and connect scaffolding are offering one in herts but they only use layher jmsmith

think gkr offer them in and around london

I'm in the Yorkshire and lincolnshire area so that's hundreds of miles away from me pal.... even if I could find a decent labouring job so I could push my self into a part 1 would do it for me I've tried loads of different companies and no reply from any... I've tried load's of jobs and scaffoldings been the only one I've really been bothered about but the area I live in isn't the best for the job
 
@jmsmith638 to be honest mate I'd get yourself down the social and sign on... Tell them you've got experience labouring and they might put you straight on your courses, they did me.... I've never looked back really, a lot worse things to do for money.
 
I'd rather pay for them myself tbh ive signed on once! Worst experience of my life and you need to be with rhem 6 months before they will do anything just thought I'd try go down the trainee route first so I got some experience as a part 1
