This has been coming for a while and long overdue.
The lads will no doubt be told that it will compromise the work on other plants due to be built in and around central Scotland.THATS EXACTLY WHY THEY SHOULD GET THE RATE SORTED NOW ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

When there is a mob advertising for men at £8 odds an hour I find it hard to believe they can`t get guys, these jobs are always the same, you start with the main contractor (interserve) then when the job gets near the end or goes a bit tits up the agency guys come in on a better rate, been happening for years.
