Forefront is looking for scaffolers with Licensed Asbestos Scaffold Contractor certs, Asbestos Medical and Mask face fit certs to start a contract in the next couple of weeks.

We are just sorting out the rates and contract details but if you have the above please call me and we can start the process.

Yo must also hold a valid CISRS card.

We will tell u the rates 20 pound a hour basic and 23 for advanced and that's after u have stuck your grubby fingers into r pockets digs and travel wanted by all scaff that's want we want
 
Last time I was on here these lot was meant t be best agency about, what's happened t them like I see everyone slating them now!!
 
Hoodwinking lads into crossing picket lines then pleading ignorance when challenged on it.
Their name is tarnished since the deed was done. That and the fact that they're parasites anyway. ;)
 
Ripping scaffs off giving a rate up front then when u get paid there taking half of your rate for there selfs there destroying the pay rate in the trade and full time jobs bye giving company's a quick a cheap fix also being sly and sneaky on pay day taking half of your hard ernt money but not telling u at the start
 
should be barred from the forum,over to the moderators....
 
Only thing is these agency's will always survive cos people won't stand up n fight for jobs them selfs I never have or ever will work for an agency I would rather stack shelves or summet like that, I earn money for me not for another firm t take some off me aswell we already pay our government too feckin much wit out these feckers takin some off us too!!!

i asked the question. the price they pay for the advert and was willing to contribute to the costs of there removal ,never herd any thing never got far with it but that sums up the industry

I would never work for any agency either,they are all robbers like ive said on here many times boycott all agencys.
 
How come every time companies like this and text 4 jobs get found out they never respond? They just post a new job like nothing happened?

Because WE are the most fickle of creatures us scaffolders and the office bods obviously know what they are doing as they wear a suit and we don't!!!

Good Morning All,

I thought it was about time I broke the silence; in regards to what happened over Christmas on a contract we as a business regrettably got involved in. The reason for my silence for so long was to get what the lads rightfully deserved and my invoice paid. (Sorry but that is business).

This forum is very much judge and jury when it comes to anything untoward your own and rightfully so; but all I ask is all the Scaff’s that work for us or have in the past, read on and make your own choices, rather than listening to those that will always hate us for what they believe we are… ..Parasites!

The contract was taken on under false pretences; we as a business was told to supply workers for cover over the Christmas period, we did know of some kind of ‘minor’ dispute regards Management but NOT to the extent of the full site…. This only became apparent when the lads arrived on site and where wrongfully victimised.

I am sure if you spoke with the parties involved; they would back up my comments and agree what ForeFront was used for ‘scare tactics’. They wanted to resolve the issue on-site and somehow they thought using me and my business was the answer, a very costly experiment and something we was not knowingly participants in.

All the lads that we supplied are nothing but innocent parties and should have never been publicly humiliated and bullied for something that was very much out of there control. All our labour was removed off site and compensated heavily for such a disgraceful act!

All the above are FACTS and ForeFront accepts we should have listened, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

This is the first and last time I am going to comment on the matter and now hope we can all move on please and let me try and re-build the trust.

well at least you have spoken out,however i know as a FACT that my good mate up there was told he was paid off and one of your workers phoned him amd was told the full story about what happened and still told my mate "just go home as you would have and dont mention to the boys that your going back up with us". disgusting. also id like to point out you where told on here what was going on,and i mean the full story and still kept on with it so saying you knew only of a "minor dispute" is rubbish,its up to the other boys wether they can forgive but to me your company and others like it are scum.
 
It’s funny how someone always knows different; this is one of the reasons why I was hesitant to speak out.

I am not getting involved in a petty bun fight with someone that will always be a hater!
