and said about day rate, yeah that's ok,but then they"ll turn round say not putting enough up to cover your day rate.not been funny just stating the fac"s

What are you looking for Stephen? A man in attendance job?

Good one Swifty, just after some lads for large project starting in 2 weeks, will be crane fed, price work is more of an incentive to know you have earned a good days money, rather than toss the day off for £12 an hour and put up 20'. I know which one id choose if I had my day again. Thanks for your comment Stephen good luck wherever you work?

Good one Swifty, Just after some good lads to work on a big project in Norwich in 2 weeks time, price work seem to be working fine Stephen, give the guys a goal to know they can earn a good days pay for busting there arse and not tossing the day off for £12 an hour. I know which one id chose, hope you do well where you are working at the moment,

Most wrong with price work as long as the price takes into consideration industry guidance

To be fair,a business has to earn money too,if you and your mate can't fix 10 square all day to cover your wages then you are really just stealing your employers cash.

Not sure what this per sq is all about..... what would you expect to pay for 60mt x 3 lift with loading bay and stair access x 1man?.

assuming 3 lifts is 20 foot high, you would have 200 ft by 20ft which is 40 square,so at £22 a square that would be £880,a square is 10ft by 10ft,as for loading bay and staircase, well, thats anyones guess, whatever you can squeeze out of your employere I guess.
