Phd direct states PAYE but paid through umbrella so no holiday pay etc that comes with Paye need to rid this kind of employment..

They pay thru a company In Watford call scorpo or something it's about a tenner to get paid
Can do alright on phd IF you want the hours trust me they don't want you to go home Fook all that

My point is that they state PAYE on the advertising but you are not you are self employed i know there is money to be earned on there so why not just advertise the job as self employed anyway to stop the confusion

Monday advert on scaffmag for phd direct not agency..
I started there tuesday on that basis swiftly left was told by management that i should have been told before wasting a day over there. Never mind lesson learnt..
