Hi mate. Its 10.46 for part 2. Based on 40 hours. 8 till 4 but lads have been working untill 6 for the overtime

an there taking advantage also!!!!!!! if some1 wants to work for that then fair enuf , i didnt say dont! all iam saying is firms are taking advantage because of the way things are going in our trade! it doesnt help, it doesnt even help the man willing to take the job for 10.46 an hr all its doing is giving the guy 60% of what he should be getting paid! (what he deserves!!!!), i know he will probably hav family, mouths to feed etc therefore he has no choice, b ut where will it end up??? if we accept then the next advert will be 9.46 an hr!!!! its a vicious circle where firms take full advantage of. but what are men ment to do?
