No Digs paid unfortunately

That is a rubbish deal understanding time's hard especially this time of year and each man to their on
But not asking for much as digs used to be a given the minute you worked away from home ,that is why
I hate these agency's because if company's still employed directly we would all still go for these jobs she has contacted me three time's since last week after I told her I don't work away without dig money here hoping that they can't get men and have to pay digs or adjust rate accordingly

Ha ha ha ha and again ha ha ripping agency tw#t no overtime rate even that would be better if no dig doe or travel no flights paid either ha ha ha oh my god.

a nice wee number for local Scaff's , nae much good for the Travelling Men :wondering:...

Ha ha good one haveaspanner. They make money off the back of us going to work which ok is fine but now we lose are digs flights and overtime rates and what do they do to sort that situation out nothing they just pray on the vunrable people out of work or the newly trained who don't have a clue to go but in the meanwhile the cost of living is rising and are wages are decreasing and this is a lot to do with company's and agency's pushing the rates down and the only people not making really good money out of all this is us lot who are the back bone of this industry.

And Agency are not great either. I am still waiting to be paid £200 for a 12hr shift from a job from 7 weeks ago. they promise it every week when i call but its always someone elses fault it hasnt come through. I wont be working for them again.
