Scaffolders reuired to start wprk tomorrow must have CISRS ticket and be timeserved.

I work with a guy, part 2 scaffolder who has been in the game 20 years, he's on 74 pound a day cos he's fcuking useless. Unbelievable how bad he is but he's been in the game 20 years so is TIME SERVED!

110 is fine for a Time Served part 1 or part 2 depending on ability.

Some people need to get a grip ffs. Don't like the rate, then don't go for the job simples. Somebody else will.
 
I was one 110's 12 years ago in london, it's a ***** rate, even for a part 2, if people were payed by their card, which they should be, we wouldn't have any of this crap. No way should a part 1 be on the same rate as part 2 or an advanced scaffolder, if the fookin part 1's don't like, get yourself to a training centre and put yourself through a part 2!

The trouble is there's so many doughnuts been put through the scheme, the whole card system has been devalued, well done the NASC and their construction industry scaffolders records scheme!

Gunslinger757, dead right what your saying this card system is the worst thing that ever happend in this game. Thats why there are so many ********* in the game.
 
this is what we need to try and influnce more,weather your crap,sh1te or indiffrent were all fellow scaffs and we need to pressure these cranky companys to pay more.lets try to help our fellow bros in any way we can,the guy with 20years at the game too its the only way things are going to improve best of luck lads.
 
That rates a joke.. but why do people always moan about dig money ?? its not thye firms fault you live miles from te job.. WTF...
 
If they can't get local guys then digs will have to be paid if they want to keep the work. Locals who work for ***** money are killing the game and all the allowances that used to come with!
