Scaffolders & Labourers for Shut Down in South Wales

[Vital Resources]

We require advanced, Part 2, Part 1 and Labourers with a CCNSG safety passport for TaTa Steel, Port Talbot, South Wales for a period of 1 week to start on Wednesday 3rd December.

You would be required to work 10 hours per day erecting and dismantling Scaffolding in and around the plant for a shut down.

Rates (PAYE) – NAECI Blue Books

Advanced Scaffolder
First 38 hours Monday to Friday = £14.15 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour + accrued holiday.
After 38 hours Monday to Friday and first 4 hours Saturday = £14.21 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.
After 4 hours Saturday and all hours Sunday = £25.44 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.

Part 2 Scaffolders
First 38 hours Monday to Friday = £13.48 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour + accrued holiday.
After 38 hours Monday to Friday and first 4 hours Saturday = £18.87 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.
After 4 hours Saturday and all hours Sunday = £24.82 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.

Labourers and Part 1 Scaffolders
First 38 hours Monday to Friday = £10.15 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour + accrued holiday.
After 38 hours Monday to Friday and first 4 hours Saturday = £14.21 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.
After 4 hours Saturday and all hours Sunday = £18.28 per hour + £0.41 bonus per hour.

*All Scaffolders must hold a current safety passport and CISRS card and Labourers must have a safety passport and COTS certificate.

If that is a threat they wont respond. You will have to contact them and threaten them directly.

yes a stop gap that's all it is but my point being is the agency is taking the mick out of the men on a naeci catergorised site especially the first 4 hrs on a Saturday morning thing. Good luck with the power stations in the new year.
