What do you think the Mods should do?

A good start would be to give warnings sooner and impose temp IP bans (if warnings are ignored) on wind up merchants and those who derail threads constantly.

Also keep each sub forum tidy e.g. This sub section of the forum should just be strictly about work available, wanted etc.
