hello everyone this might be a silly question lol but i was wondering why scaffolders don't have a national agreement like the tica agreement that laggers have. am correct they get an annual wage rise and other agreements or have i picked up the laggers i work with wrong?

We have the N.A.E.C.I. (blue book) and the N.I.J.C. for construction depending who you work for and where.

The CIJC comprises on the union side: UCATT, T&G/Unite and the GMB.

The employer’s side comprises: Construction Confederation, Civil Engineering Contractors Association, National Federation of Builders, Home Builders Federation, UK Contractors Group, Scottish Building, National Specialist Contractors Council, National Federation of Roofing Contractors, National Association of Shopfitters, Painting and Decorating Association and National Association of Scaffolding Contractors.

Bet you were surprised to see NASC there.:D
