Description

CISRS card is essential Previous experience preferred. Duties will include erecting the scaffold and all other associated tasks as required. Wage is dependant upon qualification. Temporary for 8 weeks.

Hours - 39 PER WEEK, MONDAY - FRIDAY, BETWEEN 7.30AM - 5PM
Location - Peterhead, Aberdeenshire AB42

I don't think they get a local Scaff for that money and at 39 hrs, come on Referee...thyr avin a larf eh :laugh:
 
thats a poor rate of pay even for a scaffs labourer.....well saying jobs are few and far between
 
Ye, the rate is somewhat shy for the area---just gessing but Peter Head = St Fergus, probably for the National Grid next to the Gas Terminals where rates for a Scaff can range from £13 and oddments to £15---thats at least 3 Sovs shy :eek:
 
Pass this one on to Forefront they should be able to negotiate better rates and a longer term contract and digs of course !
 
thats all pyeroy pay £10.30 and yeah thats for advanced, unless you work away you might get £160 a day or around that

these scaffold companies need to realise the war is over . sick of these bosses taking the mickey . us scaffs need to turn are backs on the industry . sorry i waisted 18 yrs of working life in scaffolding , met some great blokes in my time on the job but i think the game is finished sick of chasing jobs good jobs are hard to come by unless your face fits .
 
Pyeroy were paying £10.30 for trainee and upto £13.20 for part 2 that was on tioxide
 
pyeroy in the north east get 10.30 an hour basic but the lads who do a decent day get 2.70 bonus . really its price work but they have capped it at 110 for an 8 hour shift .some one from capes moved over to them and bought loads of work with him but seems to have dropped the wages . the lads on blackfriars bridge have had there money dropped from 180 a day to 150 .
 
Im not lookin for a start wi them, just trying to sus the site---Total = RBG & Norisol, Shell =Cape , Mobil = Salamis, just leaves National Grid used to be Transco...

The jobs on Boddam powerstationPeterhead its not starting till another few weeks, I was one of them boys getting 150 from 180 nightmare stuff.:mad:
 
Is Northern Platforms still on the Station or has JJ been bumped ???
