i concur with all the above,totally.my suggestion would be to barr such exploitive companys,ie do not publish their ad,thus preventing them the chance to degrade men who have strived hard to get to where they are.

i agree with all the above absolute disgrace!! i myself was offered a job with local north east scaff firm driving 7.5 ton wagon/ loading wagon/ erecting /striking scaffold. for wage £8.00 per hour, told them no chance, these firms in the north are trying to exploit us because of the recession. when things improve these robbers need to be taught a lesson.
