Asked a question today and was wondering if anyone has a form which they actually ask new employees which is filled in & filed??

Could you ping me a copy if you have something similar ??

"How are new employees inducted and training needs identified"

Checklist:

check induction doc and review training needs / plan, note names and planned training

We do have a very simple induction sheet, toilets and fire exists and things like that, we also have a very simple health questionnaire but you have to be careful with that. I will send it to give you a look but if anyone has a more comprehensive document you are probably better using that.

It will have to wait until tomorrow as it's all on the computer at work.
