Scaffold tower for home use. What height ?

I am looking for a scaffold tower for home use (DIY) Gutter height is only 16 feet (4.8m). So should I be looking at a 4m (13 feet) tower for me to use ? I am 5'9" tall.

It's not high enough matey, get the additional height so you are not tempted to overstretch, sneeze the wrong way and these things will come down.

If you are thinking of buying one, get the best one you can afford and don't buy a pile of guff lying on the deck, make sure you see it erected.

Get your local handyman to do it for you, in the long run it will be safer and cheaper, if you dont know what your doing leave it to somebody who does

If you get a tower with deck height at 4m it should enable your guttering repairs to be done at a comfortable waist level.
Always remember they are only for light duty works and the manufacturers guidelines should be adhered to at all times.

What!!!!. Isnt a base plate used for tieing in, and band and plate for strapping boards down....:laugh::wondering:
