BP Miller Scaffold/ Deck Foreman / 5th Week Cape Representative

Key Objectives:
Ensure all BP Miller services work scopes are executed safely and to the agreed plan. Accurate reporting of all variations and delays. To manage and implement all QA/QC procedures in line with company policy.
Main Activities:
These activities are the minimum leadership expectations out with specific discipline knowledge
Key member of the Cape Miller Offshore Team Responsible for basic surveying, planning and safe execution of Miller scaffolding scopes. Scaffold/ Deck Foreman first week and Miller 5th week Cape Rep cover second week. Responsible for safe & efficient crane & deck operations Responsible for safe & efficient heli-deck operations Timely compilation of timesheets and weekly reports to Cape Office Driving positive safety behaviours and always setting exemplary personal standards Visible leadership at worksite on planned and regular basis All works completed to plan with accurate recording of any delays or variations Motivate and create trusting relationships with Miller team members Assists Management Team in provision of accurate surveys Presents a positive attitude towards client contacts Gets on board with Cape agenda
Qualifications/Experience:
This job is trade specific and will require significant knowledge and proven experience in offshore Scaffolding discipline. Advanced Scaffolding qualification essential. Scaffold Inspection ticket. Banksman slinging and rigging certs required. HLO certification desirable.
