Scaffold Banners

Had a scaffold banner making company call us today. He went on to say that there is a new regulation coming out that all scaffold banners now have to be mesh to allow the wind to pass through them. I've not heard anything about this at all. Sales con or genuine change about to happen ???

Sounds like a load of b@llocks to me mate. As long as the scaffold is tied correctly there shouldn't be an issue.

That was my thoughts stoned. Thought I'd put it out here though just in case it was some new regulation I'd unheard of!

To be fair I did hear that rumour but can't see it being a regulation
