Saudi- Harsco Baroom academy builds careers

Ha Ha !! they are way behind the times in Saudi, i have been training Saudi nationals for four years now, and if they think they can find a Saudi supervisor after a few weeks they must be stupid, its just a PR stunt to impress the goverment to secure visas.

i dont understand why we are teaching non brits how to scaffold surely that is doing are boys out off work,times are bad enough without training up cheap labour,and if you are not careful you will train yourself out off a job.but that is just my opinion.
 
From what I just saw on the telly no one is needed in construction out there at the minute.

aye, An old Associate of mine has just left a lasting legacy by establishing a Trainings Facility for Saudi Aramco, not only Training the Pink Cuplok but Training in Traditional Tube and Fittings, you will know the Man I elude too wgogs ?...

Im not sure what Harsco expect to achieve other than trying to promote their System---yellow jelly and the more emerging Layher being the two other Systems used by the Saudi...

On a recent visit to the UAE Scaffolding Training appears to be on the ascendance, however, it is fast becoming a free for all in that respect will drive down the Training fee's...

The training is for local people to do local work. The Brits have been doing that for hundreds of years. That is why the Indian tea boys make a nice cuppa.:D
 
yip---a nice cup of chay with a cardamon pod in it...

UK Scaffolders would never manage to live on the wages---anyway, once the expats establish the Training Regime, the Saudi will introduce some sort of excuse to make them redundant and take it over, it's nothing personal, just the way the Arab works, he's a Business Man...

My advice for an expat is make as much money as you can as fact as you can and bail out rapid...
