safety passport

areet lads, can anyone help? my safety passport expired in june so will this mean i need to do the whole thing again or is there like a refresher course available, if so how much, duration etc.

any help appreciated

Hi mate I just done mine, if u do it with in 3 months of it
Expiring u do a 1 day refresher, now u need to do the 2 days
I payed £130.

This isnt a CCNSG safety Passport though? Is this an equivilant Safety passport and does it actually get you on site?

I know all about this mate, yeah the Emss safety passport is also accepted on all the blue book sites you would want to work on, it is exactly the same as the ccnsg but you get a usb dongle sent out in the post with the course on, once you have answered all the questions correctly (you can do it 100 times til you get it right) they give you a completion code that you can input on their website, they then send you your card in the post. IT DOES NOT HAVE YOUR PICTURE ON. I have one as my ccnsg ran out and i din't wanna take 2 days off, plus I saved myself about 70 quid plus 2 days pay. Been accepted in southampton with it no sweat.

Ohhh B*ll*cks missed out on holiday cover over crimbo on pembroke yesterday cos mine has expired....looked at this but thought it wouldnt be good enough cos doesnt say its endorsed by CCNSG so didnt think it would do.
Should have posted here and asked shouldnt I!!?

I was doing my nut searching for a friday refresher thursday night that popped up on google when searching safety passport but not ccnsg, considered it but didnt want to take it and get sent home to great yarmouth from pembroke being told it wasnt good enough. Should have known my trusty forum friends would have put me straight....oh well no point grumbling about it now. Did you start with Admiral mate?
