Risk assessment and method statement

Has anyone got a generic method statement and risk assessment that I can adapt and work from, nether been asked for one before and have not got much of a clue with this side of things!!:blink:

Just tell them that scaffolders don't need them as long as they have a harness.

It always works for us.
