Soul Resources is seeking to recruit on behalf of their client to recruit Rigging & Scaffolding Superintendent for their client’s project based in Soyo Angola:



Project – TANK LNG

Location – Angola

Start date – ASAP (dependent on visa for Angola which can take up to a minimum of 2 months)

Duration – 12 Months

Probationary Period – 2 Months

Notice period – 30 Days

Working days - 6 days/week

Working hours - 10 hours/day

Rotation – 75/21

Accommodation – Camp

Salary – Day rate paid per days worked plus two days travel paid per rotation

Travel days – Paid at daily rate

Insurance – As per client standards

I'm not really sure, but in 'normal' times, i would think at least 500 GBP per day for Angola, all found, but with things as they are job wise in the UK, i'm damn sure that they won't want to pay anything like that and someone will take it for less.
For the other job in Iraq, i'm even more unsure. I've heard stories of guys on 1k a day and more, but i've also heard of guys on far less and again, i'm sure that they will find someone (a fugative on the run from wife/divorce/police/gang members looking for their money), to take the job for less, but i can only suggest trying for what you think the job/risk is worth.
