good morning,has any fellow scaffolders applied for ratcliffe due to start mid jan.are they taking on through agency or direct to the c+d group, regards chunky.

Is that right ? i was told at the weekend that cape had the boilers but c & d had the rest, mind you he was a lagger said hes got 3 years work there. might be c & d doing the lagging and cape the scaffolding then:eek:h:
 
its not singed yet but capes are more or less or is it less is more lol

hello kenny h i have not been told that capes have ratcliffe only rumours,all ihave been told that they will be very busy this year.i do not have a site number sorry m8 but try cape recruitment on 08447360033 good luck :blink1:
 
they are on there now mate,just a handfull of men at the minute end of march i was told my a mate on there for c&d
 
hi kenny its like chunky said cape recruitment l i will get you the No post on here tomoz night but cape have gone hi tech yea have to send your cv in lol its a pity they forgot to to put my travel exs down for last wk tight basterds

I was on there last year.I,ve been told recently that Capes are going to try and do it with local labour.( ie.no digs to pay).C&D have just laid men off on account of E-ON not releasing money as yet.
Capes have the boiler work only.
