RBS Scaffolding considers this a high priority when employing staff. We encourage career development and like to ensure that our Scaffolders are trained to Advanced Scaffolder NVQ level 3. In addition we encourage career progression within our company to Supervisor Level.
Whilst progressing in your scaffolding career, training is also undertaken and reviewed with regards to: Asbestos awareness, First Aid, Pasma, Signalman/Slinger, Site Supervisor Safety Training, MEWPS, Gotcha Rescue, SG4:10. HGV, SSPTS, system scaffolding for example.
Pay is in line with experience, we offer 29 days fully paid holiday per annum, consistent availability of work , top grade P.P.E. ;B&CE Pension Scheme. All of our operatives are fully employed P.A.Y.E.
