We've been having a discussion in the Bettertax office this afternoon about QR codes.

So, as we have a difference of opinion I thought I'd throw it open to you guys too.

1. Do you know what a QR code is

2. Do you use them?

3. Do you think they are a gimmick?

We'd be interested to know.

I think they'll be all the rage in the next few years as we all lead busier and faster lives.

Just a quick swipe with your phone on any thing you might be interested in and you can have a look at it in detail at your convenience.

Thanks for your replies.

I'm thinking we should be including them on our biz cards/ comp slips etc but there are doubters amongst us... and they have a smart phone!!

So if you're on your tea break and a mate says

"have you heard of Bettertax, they do our tax refunds for us. Here's their code on their biz card"

Would you think - that's cool, I can check them out later, easier than writing down their URL or looking them up?

(yeah yeah - throwing a bit of market research in! )
