Allan this was told in another tread mate but the storey goes like this
The scaffold company in question had the council work until they started to put it out to other companies for tend the council had a contract but basically fucked it off. So the said man went to the council office and drove into the electric vehicle a couple of times then reversed through the glass doors a couple of time LOL
