Potentual Scaffolders Needed in Hull

We are currently looking for gangs of scaffolders to work in Hull until christmas.

The client are offering either 2 x 12 hr shifts or 3 x 8 hr shifts starting today if possible.

Rates have not been discussed as yet as we have to set an account up with the client first.

Please give me a call if you are interested and don't mind working for agencies

Does this mean you are seeking scaffolders with potential or applicants with the potential to be scaffolders ? I know a few of these, the only potential they have is the ability to fasten a belt :)

Sorry mate couldn't resist , nice to see a bit of honesty in that its only a potential short term vacancy rather than the usual false promises of immediate start long runs of work and loads of overtime .

Apart from when you are going to get paid.
 
They mean there is potential for payment as long as nobody goes bust.

Oh thought i might just let you know also we have credit on this client as I always said when I get a client I make sure there is credit before we supply them so the guys will get paid.

Rates you guys are missing are 12 hour days £168 a shift + 50% sat Double time sunday

12 hour nights £228 a shift + 50% sat and Double sunday

job finishes christmas eve but there will be more work in the new year for the guys we have started on this project

We have had loads of scaffolding work since you guys drove us to stop posting on here, I thought I would be nice and offer you guys something towards christmas but yet again a few pathetic people ruin it for the others. Myself and anyone working in RHL will not be putting our jobs on here ever again!!!

Nik, like you said in the above statement A FEW, I wouldnt spoil it for the boys that do use agencies, i dont personally but there a lot of lads swear by them and need them so dont go away in a huff and spoil it for them.
This is a scaffolders forum and slagging matches wiil always be part of it,
ie, i wouldnt work for that pile of sh1te or that pile of sh1te, or that was the best job ive ever had etc etc,
grow up, get a pair and continue what you do.
lads that want to use you will, lads that don't won't.

nik iv aways gave you and your organisation the benifit of the doubt,albeit youv had a few faux pas with some scaffs.but in reading your last comments ie you thought youd be NICE lol i think you should post the truth you couldnt get the guys.also your tone is very belittleing to the forum,didnt you and your minons say quote WE WILL NEVER POST JOBS AGAIN ON HERE????whats changed over the very short space of time,STRUGGLING??i for one have no problem with you posting work but looking at the whole episode you seem to be a total pr disaster nik,maybe if you grew up a bit and started acting adult like youd recive a whole diffrent responce.

Thanks for that Celticbhoy the position I am in was one of my colleagues had some guys working for him where they were not getting paid. This was not my contract although for our company but he has been off sick since thuis happened and I came on here to give as much information on the bad situation but got branded the instigator in not paying these guys. All I tried to do was get them paid but in stead got a shower of abuse. I am not being childish just got to the point of why the F?%! do we bother trying to offer work on here to receive the responce we do? We are no different to anyone else just trying to make a living and in us doing that you guys can benefit from it too. We get paid for getting you guys out to work and you all seem to think that we earn loads of money from it (which we don't) if yourself and I both worked the same hours in a week you would be paid over double what I get.

You mention we must be struggling but I can assure you we are most definatly not the last 3 months have been real good and of course we do not just supply to the scaffolding industry.



I apologise about some of the comments made in previous posts it just did my head in this morning

take my hat off to a man ready to admit mistakes,dorf my cap to you if you carry that attitude with you youl get on fine mate,post your jobs and deal with the chaps that turn out for you,look after them then no one can throw stones.the service you provide helps many guys in here so up your game and rise above the mud slinging,have a merry xmas when it comes.

Spot on celticboy , Nik keeping posting your jobs on here , mistakes have been made in the past regarding the credit facilities offered to your clients something which I'm sure you will have rectified . It appears the vacancies have been filled via this thread , so it can't be all bad from your end.

Thanks to the post some forum members are now in employment earning an unexpected xmas bonus . These posts would have been filled regardless of where you placed the add , so please continue to post here first , look after the good guys and ignore the knockers

i think your boss should put you on a managers or supervisors course nik you make your self come a cross very un professional which is a shame because your rates are at the beter end of the market you should no by now nik scaffolders always have to have the last word lmfao.
