Pro - Fix Access Ltd is a Fareham area based scaffolding contractor.
We are currently looking for the following to be directly employed.
Scaffolder Basic or Advanced.
Trainee / Labourer preferably with some experience.
Long term positions.
07:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs.
Salary depending upon qualifications / experience

Are you managing to fill the positions offering that dayrate.?
 
No will have to raise it for decent guys.
Had the usual guys that only work when they want to.
 
What are you willing to raise it to. I'm getting £130 day rate. On price I get £6 per metre self employed, if £150 per day on the cards was on offer there's 2 part 2 scaffs willing to come over.

Tbh profix ive been offering 140+ for ages & still struggling to get men lol...got a couple starting in 2wkz but looks like supply& demand has hit the industry all over
 
Still offering £ 135.00 a day but will add a £15.00 a day attendance bonus.
hopefully will get guys prepared to do a full week..

That sounds good to me mate. I will phone you tomorrow, there's two basic scaffs one with HGV.

We are not paying digs as we are looking for lads long term, so this is best suited to local lads.
 
digs digs and more digs tut mans offering 150s miles away from london what more you want fairplay pro fix best rates ive seen from that far south
 
YeS Sounds like a good number to get involved with, good for the local guys, 1 good thing is there are plenty of work about for the bears everywhere, so if your not offering good money you will end up with the dregs of scaffolding, but £150 local is good money.
