1) Commercial Manager
This is a long term opportunity, to become part of a team that are good at talking to each other and discussing the way forward to make everyone's life easier, we would expect you to be able to commercially run your own jobs, able to quote new jobs, value your own site variations and settle your accounts avoiding contractual arguments, you should be targeted by achieving given labour returns, requirements are;
* Good Computer Skills (Must)
* Good head for Numbers (Must)
* Ability to learn my way of doing things so we are all uniform (Must)
* Driving Licence (Must)
* Previous Scaffold Experience (Not a deal breaker)
* Previous Contract Experience (Not a deal breaker)
(However you will better situated to have at least one of the immediate above two)
2) Estimator
This is a long term opportunity, that may well evolve into being a commercial Manager as above, become part of a team that are good at talking to each other and discussing the way forward to make everyone's life easier, we would expect you to be able to build relationships with the clients, quote new jobs, deliver in person and build a rapport to ensure the job is secured, requirements are;
* Good Computer Skills (Must)
* Good head for Numbers (Must)
* Ability to learn my way of doing things so we are all uniform (Must)
* Driving Licence (Must)
* Previous Scaffold Experience (MUST)
(If you are a scaffolder I would not shy away from this opportunity, however you must have all of the attributes above, speak well and be presentable)
