as anyone noticed the money from jobs here is getting less and less time to tell the agencys to shove it
 
its a shame scaff 11 cos some paye ok. ave to get admin to put them under dustcart
 
i just think that the agencys are takeing the piss makeing money from work with out the reward and we just get pushed aside,it will be to late for me to worry but most of the firms will use them and you be just hired work done and fucked off trill the next job
 
Hi scaff11, like i said before time to boycott these agencys
 
i do mate and always have but as i said i am at the end of the game and seen maybe like you some changes, but this new lot will get fucked like we did no more price work put us on day work but you had a job but the agenys just wont you for a day or week and after
 
Yes it wont be long before im out of this game scaff11, i used to live for it 24/7 now it just saddens me the way things are going. Feel for the young lads just starting.
 
same as you mate been doing this since 1970 and seen many changes but like you these kids are not getting the experince we had i was a labour for five years if i touched a spanner i got a fitting at me head or a clump :idea:
 
1968 i started, your dead right in all you say, mind you ive no regrets and enjoyed every minute, except this past 2/3 years it seems to have gone downhill.
 
rolling down hill at a charge mate maybe me but i never ever know to much or to little no job is the same but like me you may have done slungs i done a couple of flying shore to . and was a cradlehand for some years ,
 
Worked most of my life on Mechanical jobs, all over UK and Ireland met some great lads.Ah the memories.
 
me to some right charactors gone not but never forgoten the times at work times in pubs, most of the scaffs today are so in debt they take the **** and never know how to work have fun and wish the day was longer but that why i stayed in it for the fun but now its just ******* dead the only laugh you get is when you know its time to go home
 
Right again scaff11, the days of the craic is gone. Could write a book about the pubs though.
 
same as that and the scars i have as well but i did enjoy it every monday you have cuts or black eyes, my old boss always said did you win if you didnt he say thats half a day you lost for letting the firm down:)
 
God lads ur soundin like ur ready pop ur clogs, just to brighten up ur day why don't u ring these agencys an laugh in there faces an take the piss out of them, I done it it was great put a big smile on my face.
 
If you read the advert for the LONDON E15 job youll see ive done just that.
