orite ma brothers to a different mother was wondering if you know anything about matix system and how hey score guys with different lenght of service or if it does,nt matter about service we all have same tickets although i have just done ma assessment for advanced ticket most have part 2 basic card had a wee bit time off wit the snow the other week but apart from that on time everyday and was never off so don,t know how it will work

hi scaff 29 the matrix system was what happened to my self and animal on cape its what you can offer the company service dosent come in to it anymore as animal and myselfs ecitb ticket wasnt being reconised and 2 lads had cisrs with less service and exsperience.they were kept on it goes down to time keeping and other aspects too. as we needed further trainning the ecitb went against us and we were laid off unfortunatly your only a number with this matrix even babcocks use this matrix system now and others are following!!
